Registration Fee:
I agree to pay the £100 non-refundable and non-transferable
registration fee within 48 hours if I am accepted for a Rays of Sunshine
charity place.
Minimum Fundraising:
I agree to raise a minimum of £2,500 for Rays of Sunshine. I
understand that I am expected to have raised at least half of this amount
(excluding Gift Aid) by 25 January 2027. I understand that if I have not
raised the full £2,500 by 25 July 2027 (three months after the event), I
will make up any remaining amount myself.
Deferrals
I agree to inform Rays of Sunshine as soon as possible if I
am unable to participate in the event due to injury or any other unforeseen
circumstances. I understand that the registration fee is non‑refundable and non‑transferable.
I understand that deferrals are not automatic and are granted at the discretion
of Rays of Sunshine.
Responsibilities:
I confirm I will be 18 years or older on race day (Sunday
25th April 2027).
I confirm I am not aware of any medical conditions or any
other reason that would affect my fitness or put me at risk when taking part in
this event.
I understand that Rays of Sunshine cannot take
responsibility for any injury, losses or damage caused or sustained as a result
of taking part in this event or connected fundraising activities.
